CESC is a qualified organization whose principals jointly and individually possess a depth of Job Corps expertise that represents more than 60 years of combined experience. CESC recently responded to RFI Number DOLJCS-001 Sources Sought Notice and was certified by letter from the Department of Labor as a qualified Small Business capable of meeting the requirements and qualifications for operation of a Job Corps Center.
Career Education Services Company (CESC) was formed in January 2004 by J. Craig Martin. Mr. Martin has more than 20 years experience managing Job Corps Center programs, JTPA, Welfare to Work, and WIA operations. CESC’s principals have provided youth services programming to thousands of young men and women in a variety of residential and non-residential training programs. Prior to forming CESC, Mr. Martin served as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Foxmar Inc., d/b/a Education and Training Resources (ETR) a Job Corps Small Business prime contractor. As with ETR, CESC’s sole mission and business purpose is to design and operate employment and training programs managed under partnership with various federal, state, and local workforce development programs, including the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Job Corps.
